COMPENDIUM OF PERSONAL INJURY AWARDS

Dear Perak Bar Members,

The Malaysian Bar is seeking the collaboration of its members to provide feedback on the Compendium of Personal Injury Awards which was prepared by the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee in collaboration with the judiciary. As such, every state bar has been approached to nominate one (1) member from their respective state bars to serve on the taskforce for the purpose of reviewing the said compendium and guidelines.

All those interested should submit their names to Prema of the Perak Bar Secretariat. The Perak Bar Committee will subsequently decide who to nominate as the representative to the taskforce. If no names are forthcoming the Perak Bar Committee will then take it upon themselves to nominate a representative.
